Which benefits has been included in registration fee?
1)Attending all sessions of 2-day event, a full set of documentation and authorized PPT from our speakers.
2)Lunch Buffet and refreshments on day1 and day2, Gala Dinner on day1 evening
3)Conference Report Summary after the event

What’s the official language of event?
The conference languages are English and Mandarin, Simultaneous interpretation will be available with all sessions. Please bring your ID card or other certifications to get it on event site.

How to find the event venue?
We will send you the detailed hotel venue, best routes by email before the conference.

When I can get my conference ticket and how to enter into conference room?
08:00-09:00 on day1 morning is the registration time. You can get your own entrance ticket and conference materials by showing your business card on registration desk. Please wear your badge when pass in and out.

Should I pay by credit card or bank transfer? When to finish the payment? Can I receive invoice?
Normally, credit card and bank transfer are available and the payment should be finished within 5 working days after we receive your registration form. We will send you invoice once we receive your payment.

We are exhibition sponsor; I want to know when can I set up my booth?
Booth setting up will be open on afternoon of 24th, Mar. Our colleague will also be on site. We will send more detailed information before it.

I have already confirmed to attend conference. But because of some emergencies, I can’t attend at that time. What should I do?
If the circumstance happens, please inform your contact person or event committee as soon as possible. Meanwhile, you can delegate your colleague to attend or you can reserve priority to attend next year’s event. There is no charge of situations mentioned above. In addition, we will post you the conference materials.

Finally, committee will send you a confirmation letter one week before the conference, which includes everything you should pay attention.
