Lei Xiaomeng
Lei Xiaomeng is appointed by China Electricity Council as Senior advisor for Regional Power Interconnection recently. He has been working for China Yangtze Power Co. Ltd (CYPC), a generating company, as a vice chief engineer since the year of 2003. His scope of work in the company includes economic assessment of large hydropower projects, PPA negotiation, electricity markets analysis and overseas business.
He was a member of C2(system operation) study committee of CIGRE and has been working in some working groups until now. He has also working group member of Regional Power Trading Committee of GMS region.
He worked in National Power Dispatching Center of State Grid Corporation of China before working in CYPC.
