| Mr. Zhang Shiguo, Ethnic Han. He is the deputy director of Committee of Experts and research director of planning department of China Industrial Overseas Development Association, the deputy director of coordination office of Chinese Alliance of the Grand Inga hydropower project and Vice President & Secretary General of China New Energy International Alliance (CNEIA). He participated in several research projects including Report on China-Asia Cooperation Progress, Industrial Structure and Investment Environment of Agriculture in Africa, Industrial Structure and Investment Environment of Mining Industry in Africa, New Patterns of Global Oil and Gas and Chinese Investment Opportunities and Great-leap-forward Development Strategy of Chinese Petroleum Enterprises, etc. He also took charge of 12 transnational planning projects including China’s engagement in Western African Electric Power Planning, China’s engagement in African Energy Planning and Comprehensive Consultation Report on Figian National Planning |
