Shanghai Patent & Trademark Law Office, LLC (SPTL), founded in 1984, is among the oldest and largest international IP firms in China. Through customized team services and paperless digitalization management, we assist overseas and domestic clients, including MNC’s Asia-Pacific or Chinese headquarters, R&D centers, JVs, WOFEs in China in diverse IP areas. Our head office is located in South China which is a vibrant frontier for IPRs creation and enforcement and we are therefore of plentiful IP experience and credentials with the geographic advantages.
