| John D. Conway is Senior Vice President and Global Head of Intellectual Property at Sanofi, a multinational biopharmaceutical company based in Paris with over 100,000 employees worldwide. He is based in New Jersey, USA, and manages Sanofi’s patent and trademark attorneys and staff located in thirteen sites around the world including Paris, Frankfurt, Massachusetts and New Jersey. The IP Department is responsible for all aspects of IP related to Sanofi’s business units and technology platforms. Mr. Conway started his career in patent law with Pfizer and then moved to successive positions of increasing responsibility with IPSEN, BASF Pharma, and Abbott before arriving at Sanofi in 2008. Mr. Conway holds a Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science degrees in Chemistry and a Juris Doctorate |
