Legal Director and Senior Corporate Legal Officer at Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical General Factory, Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Laws, and Senior Pharmaceutical Engineer, with legal professional qualification, patent agent and other qualifications. Her main working experience is as follows:

She has presided over the legal and intellectual property work, promoting the enterprises to win awards like National Superior Enterprise of Intellectual Property, the First Batch of Enterprises Implementing Standards for Intellectual Property Rights, and the only first prize of the first “Mayor Award of Intellectual Property Right Protection of Guangzhou City”. She is responsible for all-round patent protection of China's first and so far the only one independent cephalosporin innovation - cefathiamidine, the core patent of which won the second prize of the 2006 National Technology Invention Award. She has acted as a principal member of the legal group of the Guangzhou Phar. Holding to participate in the contract arbitration case of “Wanglaoji” trademark licensing, the packaging and decoration case of “Red Can Wanglaoji” and other serial cases, and played an important role, winning lawsuits including the Wanglaoji trademark arbitration case, the false advertising case, the first instance of the packaging and decoration case and other cases. She has participated in the Viagra patent litigation, and the serial patent cases of PIP/SBT for injection known as the first case of patent disputes in domestic pharmaceutical companies. She has been included in the national intellectual property expert database, and awarded as a national leader in intellectual property, an outstanding expert of Guangzhou City, and a major administrative decision-making expert of Guangzhou City.

She is a member of the Pharmaceutical Intellectual Property Research Committee of Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, the Executive Director of the Civil and Commercial Law Research Institute of the Guangdong Province Law Society, the Executive Director of the Intellectual Property Law Institute of the Guangdong Province Law Society, the Executive Director of the Guangdong Intellectual Property Society, the Director of the Intellectual Property Court of the China Guangzhou Arbitration Commission, and the arbitrator of the China Guangzhou Arbitration Commission.
