Classic Cases
1. In the patent invalidation case against Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited in Japan, our agency represented the patent invalidation petitioner Yongning Pharma in Zhejiang province and eventually won the Retrial (held by Supreme People’s Court) after 6 years’ battle.
Meantime, our agency also helped Yongning Pharma win the battle in field of patent infringement litigation raised by Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited.
2. In the patent infringement litigation raised by Royal DSM (Fortune 500) , our agency represented the defendant Shanghai Sykesion Materials Technology Co. Ltd, helped our client won the patent infringement litigation case, in which the Royal DSM had claimed 1 million Euro for compensation, and invalidated the patent concerned (patent number: CN200780033118.2) in whole.
3. Our agency carried out global FTO survey of preclinical new drug compounds for a Shanghai pharmacy company to exclude infringement risk.
