Mr. Taoxi LIN was graduated from Nanjing University and Sun Yat-sen University with a master degree. He is the visiting professor of HRLY Law School of China Behavior Law Association, trainee of the Tenglong course of IPACE, supervisor of Power-nation IP Institute, council member of Patent Protection Association of Dongguan City, director of IP center of State Key Laboratory of Anti-infection Drugs. In 2016, he was recognized as an outstanding IP worker by the State Intellectual Property Office. In 2017, he was praised as an outstanding IP manager of China. He has been in the HEC Group since 2006 and now is IP director. During his stay in HEC Group, the company's IP business has made great progress. The number of patent application amounts to nearly 2,000 and the number of PCT application is above 300, ranking first in China's pharmaceutical industry. Company has 6 first generics which are in patent challenge litigation in US, ranking 21st in American patent litigation list. Several subsidiaries of the company have been successively named as national intellectual property demonstration and advantageous enterprise. Up to 2017, the amount of patent pledge financing operated has reached 5 billion yuan.
