| CYNTHIA LAN MARTIN is a Senior Patent Attorney at AstraZeneca/MedImmune. In her role at AstraZeneca/MedImmune, Cynthia is responsible for worldwide strategic IP counseling for drug product development teams from early pipeline through marketed products (with a focus on biologics). She is experienced in nearly all aspects of patent law including managing patent prosecution, managing IP due diligence activities, supporting litigation, and leading IP negotiations in licensing and partnering activities. Prior to joining AstraZeneca, Cynthia was a patent attorney with Eli Lilly and Company. Cynthia has a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, an M.S. in biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University, and a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Delaware. |
