Dr. Yang Xu is Assistant General Counsel, Intellectual Property at BeiGene, Ltd. Prior to BeiGene, Dr. Xu worked as a patent attorney in pharmaceutical companies and law firms in US and China. His practice includes patent strategy, patent prosecution, patent due diligence, IP litigation, and licensing transactions.
Dr. Xu received JD degree from the University of Texas Law School, PhD degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Chicago, and BS degree from Beijing University. Dr. Xu is registered to practice before the USPTO, and admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
