Elaine Li
Elaine LI has practiced in the field of Intellectual Property for over 10 years. In 2003, she received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Peking University. In 2004-2007, she studied Intellectual Property Law and obtained LLM. Degree in Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Aberdeen University. In 2017, Ms. LI received her Doctor degree in Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in Intellectual Property Law.

Ms. LI has considerable experience in handling litigations involving intellectual property. Besides, Ms. LI also specializes in patent drafting, prosecution, and patent invalidation in a wide range of technical specialties, including biological and pharmaceutical technology, materials science, new energy technology, petroleum and chemical engineering and so on. Ms. LI is also appointed Zhongguancun Foreign Intellectual Property Service Expert.

Ms. LI has provided services for many foreign companies as well as well-known domestic clients, including Gilead, LIVZON, Hanergy, BYD, Tsinghua University and etc.

Ms. LI became qualified as attorney-at-law since 2004, and as Patent Attorney since 2011.
