1.我所代表专利无效请求人浙江永宁制药公司，在其与日本武田药业有限公司的专利无效案中，历时六年，最终获得再审（最高人民法院提审）胜诉。

与此同时，在日本武田药业有限公司对浙江永宁制药公司专利侵权诉讼的战场，我所亦代表浙江永宁获得胜诉。

2. 我所代表被告上海赛肯森材料科技有限公司成功胜诉荷兰帝斯曼公司（世界500强）索赔100万欧元的专利侵权诉讼并将其涉案专利（专利号：CN200780033118.2）全部无效。

3. 对上海某医药企业的临床前新药化合物进行全球FTO调查，排除侵权风险。
