Mr Xu, Yang is a senior patent attorney of Johnson & Johnson.  Prior to JNJ, Yang worked as a patent attorney in pharmaceutical companies and law firms in US and China.  His practice includes patent strategy, patent prosecution, patent due diligence, IP litigation, and licensing transactions.

Yang received his JD degree from the University of Texas Law School, his PhD degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Chicago, and his BS degree from Beijing University.  Yang is registered to practice before the USPTO, and admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
