Ms. Deng Shengju is the vice
president of Beijing Guozhi Patent Warning Consulting Co. Ltd. She received her
master degree of science from Peking
University. In addition
to be the associate research fellow in patent examination and expert talent of
Patent Examination Cooperation Center of State Intellectual Property Office of
China, Ms. Deng also received appointments as National Patent Information
Leading Talent, Training Expert of China Intellectual Property Training Center,
Expert Reviewer of Intellectual Property Promotion Projects of Jiangsu
Province, Expert Consultant for Biomedical industry of Jinan City, Expert
Consultant for Strategic Emerging Industries of Hunan Province, Intellectual
Property Evaluation Expert for Major Economic Activities of Shaanxi Province,
Patent Early Warning and Analyzing Expert Consultant for Guangxi Zhuang
Autonomous Region, Expert Consultant for Strategic Emerging Industries of Anhui
Province, Expert Consultant for Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Intellectual
Property International Fund(BPIP International Fund) and Evaluation Experts for
Patent Award of Nantong City.
Ms. Deng joined Patent Examination
Cooperation Center of State Intellectual Property Office of China in July
2002 and conducted substantive examination on invention patent application in
the field of Medical, Pharmaceutical and Chemistry.
In 2003, Ms. Deng was sent to Beijing
Guozhi Patent Warning Consulting Co. Ltd. and she has been engaging in patent
technical and legal consulting practice ever since.
From September 2011 to December 2012,
Ms. Deng was sent to the Intellectual Property Court of Beijing First
Intermediate People's Court to study on trial of intellectual property cases
and she still served as jury of the same court to this date.
Ms. Deng is active in academic research work. She participated in many
major topic research programs and patent practices on biomedical, graphene,
magnetic materials, the analysis and utilization of patent information, patent
strategy practice of enterprise, internet of things, poly-silicon, rail
transit, new energy vehicles, high value patent cultivation and patent
protection of drug crystal forms. Ms. Deng has rich practical experiences in
patent technical and legal consultancy, enterprise patent practice, patent
knowledge training and patent disputes handling. She published 24 related
research articles and compiled 4 books on patent analysis and patent early
warning.
